Proper security for populations is a prerequisite for development, work and schools. Mosgaard Consulting offer its assistance in the capacity building of security forces from programme development, programme implementation and evaluation. Activities include planning assistance, deployment of training and evaluation teams consisting of experienced military and police officers, civilian experts and diplomats.
Besides military and security operations any programme should include ethics (serve the public and proper conduct, including non-corruption) , the protection of civilians, proper treatment of detainees and prisoners, law of armed conflicts, cultural and religious awareness.
Activities should be coordinated with other international and national efforts for a secure environment.
